Working theory:
Steering wheel cover driver fatigue/alcohol alarm system is composed by driver fatigue alarm and alcohol detector, the system is embed to a steering wheel cover, no need to refit the car, never influent the appearance and electrical connection.

When the driver put his/her hands on the steering wheel cover, the system will detect his/her human biologic skin electron and behavior via 2 electrodes from both sides of the steering wheel cover, and detect alcohol content inside the vehicle via alcohol sensor from the top of the steering wheel cover. Then the embedded CPU will analyze and estimate the collected data, give out low, medium or high siren and vibration alarm if the driver is fatigue on spirit or behavior, such as dull action, distraction and overtime driving, or if there is alcohol component inside the vehicle.

Alcohol tester function:
The existing alcohol tester on the market will get a rough bac when users blow to the device via a tube, according to this bac, users can check how many alcohol content are there. But as every alcohol tester's sensitivity is different, this bac is not so accurate.

Our solution is, mark every alcohol tester by a blow without alcohol before using, no matter it is high or low sensitivity, as long as new blows higher than this mark in a certain rate, system will give out alarm.
We have 3 level, low, middle and high, people can get a rough idea how dense alcohol it is, and after a rest, the level will be lower and lower, it's showing bac is lower and lower.
